2009/2010 Winter Swim Team Registration

Time: 4:00 PM to 6:00PM * Location: YMCA Lobby

2009/2010 Winter Season at the YMCA Pool:

* Starts Monday, November 30, 2009

* Goes through early to mid February, 2010

* Practice dates are Monday-Wednesday-Friday: Friday practice is “Fun Friday”

* Time is 3:45pm to 5:15pm with start time and length of practice for each swimmer dependent on swimming ability

* Only requirement to join is swimmer must be able to swim one length of the pool comfortably without stopping (25 meters)

* All swimmers have the opportunity to participate in at least one meet

* Swimmers are responsible for their own suits, caps, goggles and towels

* FFF Winter Swim Team Head Coach is Ann Hurley

Registration Guidelines:

* A parent or guardian must accompany swimmers to sign forms and pay fees

* Health Insurance and current Tetanus shot information is needed

* Registration/Health Information forms are available on the website – print, fill out in advance & bring to registration Or mail to FF Flyers, PO Box 30, Fergus Falls, MN 56538 with payment no later than October 15, 2009

* There must be 18+ swimmers signed up by October 15, 2009 in order for program to run

* New to FFF Swimmers will meet with Coach Hurley before start of season to determine ability level

Winter Swim Team Costs per SWIMMER:

* REQUIRED: 2009/2010 FFF Winter Swim Club Fee = $250.00

(Includes $54.00 for MSI Annual Fee)

* Optional: FF Flyer Cap = $5.00

* Optional: Fergus Falls Swimming Window Decal = $5.00

* Checks will be deposited after October 15, 2009 if there are 18+ swimmers registered
