The Fergus Falls Otters’ Girls Swimming and Diving Boosters website is a site for swimmers and divers, parents, and friends of Fergus Falls Swimming. Most of the site is open to everyone but you need an account to do the following:
- Automatic enrollment to the team electronic newsletter with the ability to opt out if desired
- Ability to signup for a seat on the bus to a swim meet
- Access to detailed meet results from each meet by swimmer and event.

How to create your member account
Click the Register button at the top right hand corner of the window and follow the directions on the screen. Pay close attention to the instructions and messages on the screen because registration is a two step process.
How to log into the site
Click the login button at the top right hand corner of the window and follow the directions on the screen.
How to log out of the site
Click the logout button at the top right hand corner of the window.
How to edit your member account information
Log into the site and your account name will appear in the top right hand corner of the window. Click on your account name and you will be directed to a manager your profile window where you can change your account information. Make sure you click the update button when finished or your changes will not be saved.
How to change your password
Log into the site and your account name will appear in the top right hand corner of the window. Click on your account name and you will be directed to a manager your profile window. Click the manage password button to change your password.
How to change your e-newsletter preference
Log into the site and your account name will appear in the top right hand corner of the window. Click on your account name and you will be directed to a manager your profile window. Click the manage services button and click the unsubscribe button near the subscribers name.
How to delete your member account
Log into the site and your account name will appear in the top right hand corner of the window. Click on your account name and you will be directed to a manager your profile window. Click the unregister button to delete your account.
I can’t remember my password
Click the login button at the top right hand corner of the window and click the forgot password button.
I created an account and entered the verification code but I don’t see the additional information I thought I would see as a member. What’s up?
Membership is not an automatic process. Each new membership is verified manually by a team captains’ parent to ensure the new member is a swimmer or diver, parent, or friend of Fergus Falls Swimming. Once your membership is verified you will receive an email that states you’ve been granted access. If, after a reasonable period of time, you have not received an email stating you’ve been granted access contact one of the captains’ parents.
